SAP IBP Senior Business Analyst

We are looking for an experienced SAP IBP Senior Business Analyst to lead end-to-end supply chain planning transformation initiatives. The role involves working closely with global stakeholders to design and deliver SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) solutions that improve demand, supply, and inventory planning processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead business requirement gathering workshops across supply chain functions
- Design and implement SAP IBP solutions including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP, and Inventory Optimization
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications
- Work closely with SAP S/4HANA teams for system integration and data flow alignment
- Drive forecasting, planning, and scenario modelling improvements
- Support testing, UAT, and end-user training
- Act as a subject matter expert for SAP IBP processes and best practices
Required Skills & Experience
- 5–10+ years of experience in supply chain planning or SAP IBP
- Strong expertise in SAP IBP modules (DP, SNP, S&OP preferred)
- Experience integrating SAP IBP with SAP S/4HANA or ECC
- Strong business analysis and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent understanding of supply chain planning processes
SAP IBP Business Analyst

We are seeking a motivated SAP IBP Business Analyst to support implementation and enhancement of SAP Integrated Business Planning solutions. The role focuses on analyzing business requirements and supporting configuration and testing activities across supply chain planning processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements for SAP IBP solutions
- Support configuration of SAP IBP modules under guidance of senior consultants
- Assist in demand and supply planning process design
- Participate in testing cycles, including system and user acceptance testing
- Prepare functional documentation and process flow diagrams
- Work with cross-functional teams including supply chain, IT, and business stakeholders
Required Skills & Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in business analysis or supply chain planning
- Exposure to SAP IBP, APO, or other planning tools is an advantage
- Understanding of demand planning and supply chain processes
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work in a collaborative project environment
